Getting Started - Preserving Food at Home: A Self-Study

1. After submitting your registration information, you will receive this message:

2. An email will be sent to you containing your credentials and login instructions.

3. After clicking the link in the email, you will be taken to the WebCT login page where you can enter the login information provided in the email.

4. You select this course, then you will see the Welcome page.

5. From that page, you may click "Course Instructions" to view helpful instructions.

6. To begin, click Introduction under Course Content, then take the pre-quiz.

7. A pre-quiz window will pop up.

8. After you complete the pre-quiz, the content for that unit will be visible.
