If you are looking for our recommendations, please make sure you have tried a search for faster assistance. If you want to know if we have directions for how to preserve a particular food, the How do I? section is very helpful.

For other assistance, try contacting your local Cooperative Extension office. Most counties in the U.S. have information on home food preservation or access to it. Many have staff that answer your questions. You can find your local or nearest Extension office by looking at this USDA website: http://www.csrees.usda.gov/Extension/index.html
