We are excited to hear from you about what recipes you would love to see for home food preservation. This page is all about gauging consumer interest, so we can better understand what you are most curious about when it comes to canning your favorite foods.
At this time, we are simply gathering feedback to see what sparks your interest. However, if we are able to secure funding in the future, we plan to use the feedback from this page to prioritize research and work on creating and testing recipes based on your suggestions.

SO EASY TO PRESERVE
The University of Georgia Cooperative Extension has now published a 6th edition of its popular book, So Easy To Preserve. The book was reviewed and updated in 2020. Chapters in the 388-page book include Preserving Food, Canning, Pickled Products, Sweet Spreads and Syrups, Freezing and Drying.
