Preparation Select firm, ripe pineapple with full flavor and aroma. Pare and remove core and eyes. Slice, dice, crush or cut the pineapple into wedges or sticks.
Dry Pack Pack fruit tightly into containers without sugar. Leave headspace. Seal and freeze.
